And then:

VO: Your Visa is approved, your passport will be ready in 3 business days.

She never asked me for any Documents other than I-797.

It was a quiet day, not many H1 people. I had my slot at 9:30 AM, I went in at 9:00 AM and was out by 10:45 AM.
