h1b filed by my current employer, but contract ending soon in the current job

Hello friends,

I have problem please help me,

Currently working on OPT with my current employer and they had filed my H1B, but contract ending soon in the current job. i need to search for other contract and join it.

im not planning to change my employer.

Will that effect my h1b processing? will my H1B get rejected if i change client?

should i convert my h1b processing from regular to premium processing?

That is your employer's problem. They need to file LCA for the new location and possibly amend the petition for the new location. They need to pay you even if you don't have a project.

=> USCIS may RFE to know more about client. If your employer fails because the project is completed, the H1b may be disapproved.

Best bet: Pay for PP, let it happen soon.
