My OPT expires in November and I have a statement of work from the client till end of September. There are chances of my contract extension, but the client will not disclose any information sooner than July. I am planning to apply for H1B visa (Master's exempt), was wondering if there are any chances of H1B rejection. If yes, what options do I have to continue working ? Thanks. Link to comment
