F1 to H1b

Hi,

I came to US in Aug 2011 and now One employer want to file my H1B. I have not at completed my graduation. Is it possible to file and what are the chances of getting H1B?

=> Technically yes, but preferably you should go for H1b after completing your degree. Remember you intent of F1.

If the employer wants to file your H1b, it doesn't mean that you are obliged to fulfill their wish, you can deny them.

Do you have a 4 year Bachelor's degree? Is that sufficient for hte job?

The H1B category is limited to those in “specialty occupations” who possess at least a Bachelor’s degree related to the field. Further, the Beneficiary of an H1B petition must possess the related degree prior to filing the H1B petition. If you already possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, then a prospective employer may file an H1B petition on your behalf while you are pursuing additional studies in F1 status.
