Size of the company is 28 and I will be 2nd H1B employee for the company., I am planning for go Stamping after 3 months, will there be any issues for stamping with Small Companies..? Link to comment

somas73 Posted June 7, 2012 Report Share Posted June 7, 2012 our company is a small consulting company with 4 consulting employes(3 h1b). based on the h1 b filing documents/support documents and also Vendor/clients letter(EVC) successfully received stamping @hyderabad consulate after waiting for 3 months. sapen Posted June 11, 2012 Report Share Posted June 11, 2012 I had my interview on May 18th @ hyderabad and my stamping was successful. Mine is a small company too with 56 employees and I am the only employee who was sponsored the H1 B and I am a full time employee. The VO asked me for my paystubs to verify if I am getting paid properly on time. The questions he asked me were very general. So as long as you are getting paid properly the size of the company should not matter. Link to comment
