EB 2 or EB 3 - Only one company experience.

hi,

I am with same company for 8.4 years (with no prior experience) and I have a BE (4 yr degree). But no masters.

My company has just started my PERM process.

Is thr a chance my company can file my GC under EB2 category ? Or EB3 is my only option?

EB category depends on the position, not your qualification. If they position require EB2 and your company can prove you fullfil the criteria for the position, then yes they can file for you in EB2.

But honestly, I doubt they can without a higher degree.
