Radha28 Posted June 5, 2012 Report Share Posted June 5, 2012 Hi, I have a query regarding my H1B.Actually my employer is saying that he filed my H1B on May-08'2012 but till now we did'nt get any receipt from USCIS and recently he was saying that the amount check (application fee for H1B) got deducted and they were asking for some documents related to I-94.So will that be possible that they ask for documents without providing receipt number evenafter deducting the check.So can i expect that my application was accepted by USCIS?
