Travel just before stamping expires

Is there any known issue at port of entry if traveling date is very close to stamping expiry date?

I have my visa stamped till Sep 15th 2012 and have i 797 approval till 2014. I want to travel and come back around 25 th of August 2012. As the date of re-entry and stamping expiration is very close, does anyone know of any known problem at port of entry.

=>You can use visa even just a day before expiry. The important thing is to justify your upcoming visa status in USA. In case of H1b, you should have documents like I797, employer letter to prove valid job.
