saxena638
Hi all, I came to US on a J1 visa in 2005, converted to H1b in 2010. Is it advisable to go to Canada for H1b stamping?. I work in a University and have never been outside of US since 2005. Any suggestion will be valuable. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
toobrown
Should not be any issue. Make sure to carry all your documents (J1/H1 etc). Good Luck! Link to comment
saxena638
Thank you. Most of the threads that I read says not having done any studies in the US or Canada makes it difficult for the officer to verify my case and they will ask to appear at a home country consulate. Link to comment
