joan2008 Posted June 5, 2012 Report Share Posted June 5, 2012 My husband has f2a visa interview this month.Since I was on re-entry permit between Dec2009- may 2011, I worked only for 6 months in 2011.My annual income as shown in 2011 IRS 1040 is 26,790. Since i have 4 dependents including my husband, it is 125 % below the poverty line.Will this be a problem for my husband's visa? My current annual income is actually $ 49,000. Link to comment
