Successful VISA interview at Vancouver June 4th

Hello all,

Myself and another guy attended visa interview today @ Vancouver and both of us got approved.

Both are EVC model.

We both went to the same counter one after the other.

Here is our visa experience:

VO: Is this your first time H1B?

Me: No, Renewal

VO: how long you been with this employer

Me: xyz

VO: Do you work for any client?

Me: Yes, XYZ

VO: What is your primary role?

Me: XYZ

VO: How long you been working with this client?

Me: xz months

VO: Who assigns you work?

Me: My employer

VO: What is your primary work location?

Me: xyz city

VO: How often you interact with your employer?

Me: x times a week.

VO: Give me your LCA, I-129, W2

Verified the work location on LCA, and salary.

VO: Give me your pay stubs.

Verified the pay checks.

VO: Give me your old LCA and H1B docs

Verified the docs.

She was keep tying something while asking these questions.

Finally said, Your VISA is approved and it will take 3-5 business days to get it.

VO: Is this your first time H1B?

Me: Yes

VO: how long you been with this employer

Me: xyz years

VO: how long you been working on H1B?

Me: xx years

VO: Do you work for any client?

Me: Yes, XYZ

VO: Is he located in XX State?

Me: Yes, abc city, xx state

VO: What is your primary role and what do you do?

Me: XYZ

VO: How long you been working with this client?

Me: xxxx yrs

VO: Have you worked on OPT before H1B?

Me: Yes

VO: Who assigns you work?

Me: My employer manager

VO: How do you communicate your work status with your employer?

VO: Where is your employer located?

Me: xyz city, State.

VO: Have you been there?

Me: Yes, I visited that state once on vacation and once on work purpose to visit my employer.

VO: Give me your LCA, I-129, W2 and Paychecks

Verified all pages of LCA, I-129, and looked at the W2's and paychecks.

She was keep tying something while asking these questions.

Finally said, Your VISA is approved and it will take 3-5 business days to get it.

what is your response for question >>>VO: What is your primary work location?<<<<

is it the client location or the employer location.

please share your thoughts.

Have a few quick questions for you..

1) same as the question raised by bharath10 - What is your work location? Client location or Employer Location.

2) Also, please can you confirm if it is the same location as mentioned on your I797.

3) If you don't mind can you please share your response to the question.. how often do you interact with your employer?

4) Also, were you asked for the number of your people from your company(employer) working on the project? If, yes, what was your response.
