H1-B Clock Reset

Hi All -

I would like to know whether my Visa Clock has been reset or not.

Here is the details

I was in US with L1-Individual from JUL 31 2006 to 21 JUN 2009 - Visa Extension got Rejected and Went back to India.

I stayed in India for 9 Months

I applied for a NEW visa (L1 Blanket) and came on May 2010(details below).

L1 Blanket - May 1 2010 to JUL 28 2013, Now i got H1B visa for JUL 28 2013

I would like to know whether my clock got reset or will i get max out on 2013.

You will only get the remainder time.

To get a new 6 years, you would have to stay outside the US for one year and the new H1 could only be filed once you have been outside the US for a year.
