Employer is asking for H1b fees

My employer is asking me to pay the H1b fees of 2500 usd....as mentioned in offer letter..that if i leave my job before one year ...i will have to pay the 2500 USD..

i have not received the salary for my leave balance or when i told them about my resignation,they told me no need to serve 2 weeks notice period.and they immediately relieved me from the duty.

now they keep calling me everyday to pay 2500 USD.and threaten me that they will contact collection agency.

File a complaint with DOL on form WH4.

=> Contact state's DOL using WH4, call to ICE. Because they are threatening for illegal reasons contact local police station or FBI office.

You will see drastic change in their behavior.

If DOL find the employer breaking H1b laws, they would ban them from H1b and GC filing for one year.

By Law, employer can not ask for any of H1B filing fees except premium processing.
