Urgent help needed H1 in 6th year and Perm went for Audit

Hi All,

Please help me by giving you valuable suggessions

my Initial perm filed in Sep 2010 and it went to Reconsideration Requests to the CO because my employer left a column in ETA9089 and then I filed another perm from same employer for different position in April 2011 and that went to Audit. And my H1 6 years completes in April 2012. Kindly provide me any suggession. My employer says we will provide the documention for audit case and withdraw the first case and file a new case.

It will be a great help if anyone response with suggessions.

Praveen, I recommend that you contact a knowledgeable immigration attorney in regard to your case. Your employer should answer any audits or supervised recruitment issued on your PERM case since this may affect the processing of any subsequent PERM applications
