Raj M Posted September 9, 2011 Report Share Posted September 9, 2011 Iam on H1 & Wife is on H4, both our H1&H4 are expiring Sep 30th. We both filed for our H1 & H4 Extensions, on Aug 19th 2011 in regular processing and expecting it to be approved in the mid of November. Wife thinks of travelling to india around Sep 20, and back in Dec after getting her H4 stamped based on my approved H1, once my H1 Extension gets approved. Note: Only my wife needs to travel to India, iam not travelling. What are your suggestions, please advise... Link to comment
