h1 transfer while in india,

Hi ,

I have my H1B visa from current indian MNC , there are no US Positions , hence have decided to travel myself by

1)Searching job from india , Once i get job

2) Will apply for H1 Transfer , if petition is approved

3)Planning to travel with current visa

Are there any people doing this procedure ?

is there any seperate link where we all can meet and decide ?

is there any other way we can find route to travel to US apart from above mentioned?

How do find job from india ?
