H1b visa stamping in Toronto

I filled my DS-160 application selecting Toronto thinking that i will get an appointment there easily. The form was submitted and confirmation received and printed. Now when i go to the US-visainfo website and paid for the us visa (190$) it only gives me appointments in Ottawa. When i select Toronto it says there is no appointments available.

Will it be a problem if i select Ottawa as the location for appointment, although in DS-160 it says selected location : Toronto Consulate..?

But not sure how things work once you have submitted your 160. In my case I didn't submitted the form,so I was able to change the consulate

you can fill the new DS-160 form and go to ottawa.

Had the same issue, called customer service and they asked to fill out a new DS160 for that specific location.
