I have appled for my removal of condition on the Green Card and the application is in process. I have met some one and i am thniking of re-marriage . the person i want to get married is a GC holder too. BigJoe5
USCIS will immediately search for signs of fraud in the first marriage no matter what! However, immediately turning around and marrying an LPR is even more supicious. ESPECIALLY, if that LPR is from your home country and you knew that person before and, .... worst of all it turns out to be your REAL spouse who you failed to disclose or whom you fraudulently divorced in order to facilitate your sham marriage to the U.S. Citizen spouse. That is the reality you face. Link to comment
