H1B client letter

Do you have any idea about the end date in client letter. My client was staating they can provide me the letter only with End date which is sep 2012 and they said they can state with possible extensions. Does this effect my stamping.. Any ideas pls let me know.

Tell client to say- You will provide services until further notice. But I think as long as they mention with a possiblity of extension it should be fine.
