H1B Visa Stamping on EAD with AP

Hi All,

I am in India. I've EAD with Advance parole Which will expire on Feb-03-2013.

I got H1B EXT for another 3 years until 2012-2015. 

I am thinking to go for visa stamping at chennai.

Please Advise for visa stamping.

Q1. Can I enter into US using Advance parole without stamping?

Q2. Can I use AC21 after 180days?

Q3. What is the procedure to apply AC21?

Q4. Can I move another employer after 180days without AC21?.

Q5. What happen my approved H1B if move to another employer using AC21 on EAD?.
