Am Still working with employer A recently Employer A received an USCIS audit on large difference between prevailing wage and actual salary which employer A has to answer. Questions: 1. Whats the impact of the audit on approved I140 and associated priority date if the response from employer A is found not satisfactory by USCIS. 2. Is it feasible/advisable to change to another employer B at this stage and ask new employer to port/retain the Priority date from previously approved I140 (while it is currently under audit) 3. Is PD porting to employer B a viable option while the approved I140 from employer A is still in Audit. members please help Link to comment
