mittapallikiran
Hi all, I am planning to goto Canada for H1b stamping as many of you. My situation is Client-Vendor-Employer, Do i need to take the letter from Clent saying that he is working for us through this vendor and a letter from vendor saying that he is working for us through my company? or just a letter from client saying that he is working for us? krisc2499
You need to have all the letters. Client Letter which says that you are working for client through Vendor and should state that client has no control on you at all and job responsibilites. Vendor letter may or may not be needed because it also says same as client letter unless you have a specified format. However to be safe side take vendor letter also. You need another Contract Agreement which says agreement between employer and vendor. A letter from employer saying you are working for them. Link to comment
sam3398
Generally every one carry both the letter from Client and Vendor Link to comment
reluctantsnowman
If you can get a letter from both your client and your vendor, that would be the best option Link to comment
syed979
no need to have both. My friend was asked but he said he don't have it. he showed him the email from the client that says they don't provide the letter as per company policy. Link to comment
krisc2499
I myself saw people who got email from client saying that they can't provide client letter. In that case they will send email to the client manager ID you provide. Link to comment
