Eligibility for EB2 category?

Hi All,

I would like to know if I will be egible for Green card under EB2 category or not. Below are the details:

Worked in Company X as business analyst for 2.5 years

Left company X and joined Company Y and worked in Y for 10 months.

If I join back company X again as a manager (more than 50% of the roles and responsibilities are different from previous role in Company X)

Will I be eligible for EB2 category and Will my previous experience with Company X be considered for GC?

I have total 9 years of work experience and I have 3yrs degree in India with a PGDCA (1 year).

Any kind of help is highly appreciated.

Hi,

I want to know whether I am eligible or not for GC-EB2 category. I am listing my questions below.

My qualifications are M.E -Computer science (India) and then Diploma in .NET (India). I am working in USA from August 2010 to present for the same employer. Now I have H1B from Oct-2011 to Sep-2014. My husband is working in his J1 as postdoctoral research scholar for almost 5 years in USA.

In my company they are going to start GC process for me.

1. Am I eligible for EB2?

2. Can my hubby apply GC through his employer, while my GC process is going on.

3. If he apply then will it affect mine?

4. If we both can apply then if any one our application is denied then will it affect the other?
