patchrowcester Posted May 30, 2012 Report Share Posted May 30, 2012 Hello, My H1-B was received by USCIS on April 12, 2012. I got a receipt from them with a case status number. When I try to check my case status on uscis.gov, I got the following message: Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283. I spoke to my attorney, and she assured me that this is fairly common.The thing that worries me is that there were a couple of colleagues in my company whose H1 was filed along with mine, and they can check their status online. Did this happen to anyone else here? If it did, did you get your visa approval on time. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? Link to comment
