Getting an appointment in Channai

All,

My visa stamp on my passport expired in 2009, but I have all my current/valid I-797 forms. So if I had to get an appointment in Chennai, will I qualify based on the reqrement listed at this link - https://www.vfs-usa....isaRenewal.html

In addition, since my visa stamp expired 3 years ago, will it cause a problem when I apprear for an interview for re-stamping.

Other general info:-

- My employer is legit (a big accounting firm)

- I have my EB2 I-140 approved

- H-1 extension beyond 6 years is in process

- Also considering Mexico and Canada for visa stamping
