sauk11
I am in USA and I am planning to go to India for H1B visa stamping. As per website: "H, L, and other petition-based visa applicants must bring copies of the I-797, I-129 and other petition-related documents" I have I-797 form but I am not sure how to get I-129 form? Do I need to download and fill out it or should my employer provide it? Thanks Saumen Link to comment
reluctantsnowman
Your employer should provide you with all the documents i.e. I129, LCA etc Link to comment

rahul412
Dude, I 129 is petition for a Nonimmigrant worker filled by your employer while filing your H1B. Your employer will have copy of that form, ask him to mail it to you. Link to comment
