H-1B stamping, Ottawa

I am planning to schedule appontment in Ottawa in June 11th. I have my EAD but as the dates got retrogressed I want o work in H-1B as I am planning to go to India.

Anyone recently got the H-1B stamping. Is it ok for me to go for stamping?
