Visa Stamping Question on H1B Amendment - Urgent

Hello,

I have my H1B approved till 2014 which was processed by Vermont Processing center. I changed my client recently to a different location (California) and applied for H1B Amendment (for Location Change) in premuim processing with California Processing Center. Since the new location is in California I got a new receipt (WAC-XXX-XXX) number which is different from the original one (EAC-XX-XXXX). I have my visa slot booked in two weeks. I am working on EVC model.

1) Can anybody please let me know if I can carry Original H1B Copy which was approved till 2014 for the visa stamping incase I don't get the new amendment (for location change) H1B approved within 2 weeks.

2) If the new amendment is approved within 2 weeks can i carry the xerox copy of the new approved petition. Since getting the approved original H1B petition would be taking time as it has come through my company's attorney.

Please share your thoughts.
