Credit card debt of $25K default impact for next entry to U.S

Currently I am stuck in India with 221g for past 4 months after EVC model interview at Hyd consulate. In case the Admin processing takes more time the only option for me is to default on the credit card debt totalling $25,000. What will the impact on my next entry to U.S?? Will that affect my entry or H1 ??

It would not affect an H1, but it would affect your ability to get an apartment, to get a car, etc.

And if you are working as a consultant, a lot of clients also run background checks, so it may impact your ability to get a project as well.

Your best option is to find another employer, either fulltime or EC. EVC is largely dead nowadays.
