EAD/AP renewal from out of country

1. we have EAD/AP due for renewal in March 2013, have a plan to visit India later this year, incase if we plan to come after renewal date, can we do renewal EAD/AP from India.

2. I do have H1 petition valid until Aug 2013, if i plan to come after EAD/AP due date, how about coming on H1, will it impact my 485 processing and after coming to U.S, can i renewal lapsed EAD/AP.

3. My spouse has dependent EAD/AP, can my spouse come after renewal date, if I come and do renewal before due date.
