Later I transfered my H1B to another employer when I was in India and travelled to US on Apr 2011. That was my first entry to US. The I-94 Date showng is Feb 2014. I want to know how the 6 year on my H1B is calculated. Is it calculated based on the First Issue Date (i.e Feb 2009) or the time I entered US (Apr 2011). On Feb 2014, will I be completing 2 Yrs 10 months or 5 Yrs? Link to comment
