H1 petition send to USCIS for review.....Weird change in the case status...!!!

My case was returned to USCIS in January when i went for H1 stamping.

Now i received 2 different e-mails within 3 days showing different case status.

After showing as "Post Decision Activity" the case, why it shows "Acceptance'' ?

On May 23, 2012, an amended notice on this case was mailed describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER is still pending, you will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

During the acceptance step USCIS reviews newly received applications and petitions to ensure that they are properly filed (i.e. signed by the applicant, appropriate fees, etc.) USCIS issues a receipt number for the application or petition, and sends a receipt notice to the applicant or petitioner.

Hey when did you go for interview and when was your case returned....pls post details of timeline

this means your case is recieved by Vermont center and has started reveiwing

@cna : Please find my timelines below....

I had a visa interview at mumbai consulate in the second week of January, 2012.....where i was issued White 221(g). i submitted required documents in a week......

then in the 2nd week of february i got a letter saying that my petition has been sent to USCIS for review....

in the 2nd week of march, my employer received RFE for my petition......

In the first week of April, my employer send the response to that RFE.......

On 9th April, USCIS received RFE response and they started reviewing it........

And after that i received two e-mails as i mentioned above.........

@ VISABlues: they already reviewed my case at Vermont ( i have posted the timelines here) and then they affirmed it ( received an e-mail on 21st May....i mentioned it above) but.......

what is the reason for showing it again as " acceptance" ???
