very Tense please help!

Hi Friends-

i have a approved I140 from my employer who has applied for 7th year extension for 3 years based on the approved I140.I have benn working for the same emp for all these years .I have the following issues with my application which are stressing me, will these issues create problems?

1) in my I140 application which got approved back in 2009 my job title is different, i was working in the support dept but got promoted into a different dept,salary also has significantly changed.Will different jobtitle on I140 create issues with my h1 7th year extension?

2)My companty allowed me to work from home ,so currently i am working from home in a different state.Will work from home create issues with the application?

Please let my know if anyone has any input

Information specified in GC related applications(Perm/I140/485) will not apply to H1 until you get a GC while being same employer. GC appliacations are always filed thinking about a futuristc need while H1 is current need
