labor audit, H1 extension applied

My case is like this

I was with Employer A and filed for Labor in 5th Yr which was approved but

I 140 was denied later.

I changed to Employer B in 6th yr in Sep 2011, my H1 is going to expire by the end of Apr 2012 but 6 yrs will expire by July 2012 including recapture time.

Employer B applied for labor in Dec 2011, got an audit in March 2012, responded on 13th Apr 2012.

My employer filed for H1 extension on 5th Apr 2012.

What options do I have and answers to any of the Questions is appreciated.

1) Can I get 1 yr extension based on audit with employer B or

Labor approval based on Employer A.

2) If my H1 is denied, how long will I have to leave the country(meaning a month or 2)

3) In any case, can I get an extension till July end based on recapture time.

4) Can I be on F1 or B1 for a certain period to see if Labor and I 140 are approved with Employer B and change back to H1 again.

5) Can I apply for my wifes H1 and stay on H4.

6) If I am on F1, can I apply for H1 after 1 yr or for a new H1 do I have to be out of the country.
