So, my question is how soon can I attend the interview in Canada, I am planning to attend in mid-August 2012 which is atleast 45 days before my H1B starts. Any replies on this would be appreciated. I think you are in OPT extension or OPT and got H1 starting oct 1st. You will not be able to enter into us with change of status until september 22nd. Link to comment
