I am a consultant working for a company in telecom sector in the US on H1B visa.Would like to know if it is safe to go to canada or india for visa stamping?My home country being india.Please reply at the earliest.It is very urgent.

My advise would be to opt for Canada considering the circumstances in Indian Consulates !!

Does not make any difference. If you have your paper work in place and the EER is genuine - you should get your stamp anywhere.

If it is for first time then go to India...otherwise it doesnt matter....all consulates are same....

any place is same....if it is India, bymistake u got rejected means u have to be in u r home land...if you go to Cananda, same thing happened means.... u have to come back to India...just travelling expenses only... lol

if you employer filed u r petition with all exact doucments..no need to worry abt rejection. ATB..!!!
