F1 to H1B first time stamping

I have my appointment in 1st week of june on ottawa.I have a question regarding changing of major.

Initially I came here on F1 in a major related to biology. After a semester, I switched my major (health care) and university and I completed Masters degree and currently working on H1B directly related to the completed degree.

Will there be a probllem because of changing major?

I would really appreciate, if anybody could respond.( if you are in a similar situation.?!)

I dont see any issues here. Make sure you carry all your I-20s (previous major and the newer major). Good luck with your stamping
