H1B Transfer while extension in process.

Hi,

My H1B expired in Apr and I have applied for my extension from company A, a month ago. Still didnt get my case number yet.

Now, I got an offer from company B and I want to know if i can apply for a H1B transfer from company A to company B.

Yes, B can file H1b for you. Do it before A's H1b expires.

Each H1b is separate and doesn't affect each other. Even if A's H1b is approved meanwhile, no problem. You need to choose at least one H1b employer and maintain your H1b status by working for them and getting paid by them.

before change the employer make sure your H1B Extn case status...if it is rejected or got RFE any thing....
