H1B Extension Applied in April 2012(VSC) with approved I-140 for 6+ yrs Extn

Guys,

Someone pls let me know how long its taking to get receipt number nowadays in VSC for regular processing.

I have applied on Apr 24th 2012 (USCIS Received my mail - Based on Fedex tracking)

applied H1B extension with my approved 140.

I have completed my 6 yrs in H1B currently.

I have few questions to get clarified!!!!

I have applied my extn only with the PO (Bcos i have started my project after the H1 extn applied with the LCA (with my client address) , so I dont have client letter attached with my application)

I am also working on E-I-C model(Employer - Implementor - Client)

DO i get RFE on my case???

please throw your thoughts on my case, so that i will get prepared to it!!!

After working on H1B for six years..you will get only One year extension....before that you have to start u r GC process...what your employer doing with out filing GC.....

coming to your case..... Yes, there is a chances to get RFE's in u r case..

1. NO client letter....

2. LCA wage

3.Agreement letter Employer & Vendor

contact u r employer and ask the status.....
