luck2u
I have below questions on running paycheck which will be mentioned on PWD as part of GC-Labor process for our position. Here, treat that $89,000 is mentioned in PWD and ETA 9089. 1. Should paycheck be run @ $89,000 per annum basis till my I-140 approved or till I get EAD or till I get Green Card? 2. If my paycheck is below $89,000 per annum basis, what would be impact when I go for H1B visa before I get EAD? (Here though paycheck is running as per H1B's LCA rather than this $89,000 on PWD). Thanks in advance!! Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
No, Pay check should be equal or above whatever mentioned in LCA for H1B. PWD for GC will be effective once you get GC. So, currently your employer might pay less then PWD but it should be equal or above LCA. Link to comment
luck2u
Thanks Sameer! So, PWD amount should match only after getting GC, right? Link to comment
