Currently i am working on project with company (XX) through the company which actually hired me for contract (YY). But between my employer and Company (YY) there is one vendor.From which company do i need the client letter, is it from company (XX) or company (YY).Will there be any issues in getting my H1. ImmiSpecialist Posted May 22, 2012 Report Share Posted May 22, 2012 There is NO issue in H1..becoz you have to show two documents One is End Client Letter and EV letter - Employer and Vendor agreement copy to USCIS along with your remaining documents.... make sure in both documents project time period must be same.....
