H1-Stamping Work location for LCA

Hi

1-I am a full time employee for a consulting firms(with 2500 employees).I am based out of Seattle.

I work for a internal(with in my company-head quarters) project and travel to Dallas every week.All my pay stubs have seattle address but my project address is Dallas.How can i answer,when asked?

2-When my h1 LCA was filed my position and salary are different from my current position and salary.But my job duties/skills required did not change.Do i need to file new LCA/file a amendment.?

I am attending my visa interview on july 11th

I'm exactly in the same boat.

Stay in FL but travel every week to VA. But my LCA is amended everytime when my Job location is changed.

I have the same questions as harsha. Do we need to amend h1 as we will travel to differetn locations.

Is your LCA amended or a new LCA is filed?

Because amending LCA is long process

My lawyer said we updated the LCA. But in LCA each and every time, I'm getting new start date. I guess new LCA is filed.
