H1 -> H4 -> H1 .. Need help

Hi,

I got my H1 in 2006. I worked till Nov 2009 and then converted to H4 for my extended maternity leave. My H1 expires in June 2010. Now I wanted to join back.

Here is my query

1) Am I applicable for H1 Quota ? Because I havent completed my 6 yrs.

2) Or I need to apply for fresh H1 ?

No Need to Apply new H1 becoz u already worked in H1 status. Just find good employer and job...Employer will file for H1 to active it. Mostly RFE chances will be there becoz of gap but it will take care by Employer. ATB..!!!
