I'm in OPT status going to visa stamping in Canada.If visa(H1-B) rejected then can i enter into US?

Hi All,

Please help me it's very urgent.My opt is expiring in DEC-2012 but i got H1-b approved for three years.so i'm planning go to Canada for visa stamping in the month of JULY-2012. so my question is if suppose my visa is rejected then can i enter into US with my OPT Status?.

No, opt is not a re-entry permit. All previous visa's would be marked cancelled once you go for a fresh stamping
