kishoreh26
I am having 8 years of experience and working in India. One of the employer who has software development center in US is willing to sponsor H1 for 2013 cap. I heard that rejection rate is high in last year. How the situation in 2012 would be? Any chance to get H1? Dilemma in taking the decision. As the cap is close to 40k, no time to wait. Please help me. Link to comment
livliv
There is no such systematic change in 'decline rate'. In fact there is no data available to support such a claim. If everything is legitimate, people get H1B. Link to comment
wiweq
"Dilemma in taking the decision." => Why dilemma, your employer is paying for H1b fees. You have nothing to lose. Try your luck ! Link to comment
