Case Status of New Re-opened Case

Hi ,

I applied for H1 Visa (Work Permit visa-Non immigration) last year . I went for Stamp at chennai Us Consulate office. (India).

They have refused my visa at that time. After some time my employer had talk with IRS and now they have re-openend my case.

My Case number is like WTC-XXXXXXXXXX -AAA.

I try to search status on uscis site but it does not allow me to add this big size of number.

I am wondering how to check the status of re-opened case.

Is any chance for H1B stamp success after case reopen ?

How USCIS/IRS proceed with new reopened case ?
