Job Description and Experience - EB2 or EB3

Hi All,

Please need expert advise on the following. I am applying for a new position.

Job Description for position says

Bachelors Degree + 7 years experience.

Company's attorney indicates job is falling under EB2 criteria.

My credentials are follows:

Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree

4 yrs 8 months of full time exp + 1 year 8 months of Part time experience gained via CPT in relevant industry for job and 1 year 5 month of experience gained via Univ. graduate Asst.Ship.

Hence, total work experience after Bachelors Degree is 7 yrs 9 month(both full time and part time).

Given my credentials and job requirement definition, will I qualify under EB2 and can the company file under EB2 for me?
