kkcr
im planning to transfer my H1b to a consulting company. currently i have my I-140 approved and the new company is willing to transfer my H1b immediatly. since it is a consulting company , i will have to travel to various client locations which would require H1b ammendments. my question is , assuming the new company gets 3 year extension based on the current I 140 , and later on my current company revokes my I-140 , will i still be able to file H1B amendments with the new company at a later date when the underlying I -140 is revoked. Im on 7th year H1b. Link to comment
