H1b transfer pay stub issue

my current pay with my company is $1300/2 weeks. since this will not approve h1b, i had adjusted my pay stubs to be $1750/2 weeks when i filed h1b in april 2011. my salary was $1750 only for 3 paystubs then back to $1300. also for that matter they showed i was working 32 hours in stead of 40.

now i have another company willing to transfer H1b. i read that i will have to give last 3 paystubs in processing. i can not tell my current company i am leaving and neither i will get any raise.

and what are the chances i get RFE for previos employer for lying about actual $$.

can someone please help me out how do i handle this situation?

This has to be the real salary, and it has to be the required salary all the time.

Did you fake the paystubs? That could get you banned for life.

Never never never do anything like this.

You need to see a really good immigration lawyer ASAP.
