Hi All,

I am thinking of withdrawing my H1-b pending application under 221g.

I got 221g blue in Jan 2011 at Mumbai and requested me for employer's documents sevral times, my employer had submitted but still I am waiting for the final decision.

Now I do not want to wait anymore.. Its been 1 and half year since I am waiting. Want to try for H4.

Can anybody please let me know the process for withdrawing the pending H1 application?

Also, If i go to USA on H4 visa, what would be the process to get back to the H1 status?

Can I still use the same H1 which i have valid until Sept, 2013 or Do i have to apply for new fresh H1?

Please let me know, your help will be appreciated.
